Note that Magic and Wizards of the Coast are trademarked, and nearly every unique term on these lists is intellectual property of WotC; however, free re-distribution is allowed (not for profit). Here's some rulings summaries as well, containing up-to-date files of various rules clarifications, errata, and explanations that haven't had time to be distributed through, for example, Duelist magazine. Yes, they're Official WotC Rulings; yes, they override the cards where applicable. The card has to specifically say it overrides a ruling in order to do so.

I've taken off the Infinite Combos file - I haven't had time to update it through about three major and ten minor rules changes, and a Rulings Post has put a different slant on infinities in Magic ("there are none")... Sorry.
