The lab schedule has been reordered for the first three weeks. The lab for the week of Feb. 1 is TH-4430-1. Do not buy a WebAssign access code if you already have one that works. Your user-id may have changed, but you can still use your code. See the instructions.

Welcome to Dr. Yost's section of Physics 272, Laboratory for Physics with Calculus II! In this laboratory, we will conduct a sequence of laboratory experiments to illustrate the concepts of thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism, and optics covered in Physics With Calculus II and introduce you to basic methods of data analysis used in physics. You will also get practice in the exposition of physical results, building your skills in scientific writing. You will learn what it means to compare a measurement to expectations and to make meaningful statements about the errors and precision of a measurement.

Please read the department-wide policy statements on missed laboratories and late reports and on plagiarism.
