This dance comes from the island of Naxos in the Aegean Sea near
Myconos. It's music is lively and has the sounds typical of Aegean
music, the violin, and a joyous lilting melody. The dance is quite
graceful and is done using the same smooth bouncing qualities that
other dances from this area use.
